Making Fitness Fun

Maria, a certified Level 3 personal trainer, initiated her fitness journey in 2018 during a period of diminished physical and mental well-being, grappling with underweight concerns and self-confidence challenges. Over the past six years, she has successfully transitioned from being underweight to overweight, ultimately achieving a state of lean muscle mass and peak physical condition. Leveraging her extensive experience in the fitness industry, Maria is dedicated to empower women to cultivate confidence and strength. Her mission is to guide individuals on a personalised journey towards optimal health and fitness aligned with their unique goals.

 

With a passion in transforming lives, Maria Fit specialises in weight training, cardiovascular training, HIIT sessions, as well as dynamic group classes, and is also experienced in training postnatal and antenatal women. She offers exclusive 1-2-1 sessions in her private gym based in Welwyn, Hertfordshire, ensuring a focussed and tailored experience just for you.
